To those that don’t already know, to memorialize his Father and Mother, Alfred and Illeane Ames, and
as a way to give something back to the community he grew up in, as well as to honor Jim Robinson
and Larry Kring for their years of mentoring in the ways of the sportsperson, Al Ames, Jr, and his wife,
Linda, more than lived up to their commitment to fund our endeavor to build the 50×120 addition and
connector wing for our Alfred and Illeane Ames Youth Outdoor Education Center!
Al and Linda have continued to bless us with additional funds since, to be used for various projects
within the new building, and we are very excited to share this building with the community!
Currently the Al & Illeanes Ames Youth Outdoor Education Center is used for Youth Archery, Adult Archery, and DryFire during the winter months.
If you are interested in renting the new building for a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, wedding, etc., please contact Liz Simons for more information.
